Review these essential prerequisites prior to starting your registration for the upcoming term.
1.1 General Admissions
Entry Details
- To enroll, students must:• Be at least 16 years old• Have a valid state ID or passport• If younger than 35, have a high school diploma
Mandatory documentation for academic certification:
- High school certificate or GED; documented home instruction under state law; official transcripts showing 60+ semester hours; or verified foreign secondary credentials with translation confirming they meet the standards for U.S. graduation.
1.2 Testing Exceptions
- Complete your enrollment request, attend the required interview, and pass our assessment. Execute all legal agreements and registration forms. Tuition and kit costs must be settled before your first day of class.
We do not enroll applicants through the Ability-to-Benefit test protocol.
1.3 External Credit Policy
- Submit official seals and hour logs for internal evaluation. Transfer hours are only applied if the curriculum matches our professional modules exactly.

Audit Process
- 1. Our leadership team reviews all previous educational records. 2. A practical skills test may be required to determine the appropriate placement within our training levels.
Institutional Requirements
To earn your credentials, all transfer candidates must finish these items at our academy:
- Final theory exams and practical boards; all capstone requirements specific to our curriculum.
- Granting credit is at the discretion of the Director. We cannot accept hours if logs are missing or fail to meet PA state board regulations.
Transfer Limitations
1.4 Duel-Enrollment Rules
Enrolled transfer students must comply with all school mandates regarding attendance, grades, and professional behavior.
- 2. Age: Must meet PA state standards. 3. Permission: Parental and school counselor signatures are required for entry. 4. Standards: All students are held to identical financial and behavioral codes. 5. Credentialing: Hours are recorded and released upon high school graduation. 6. Testing: State boards can only be taken after a high school diploma is earned and our program is finished.
Current secondary students may qualify for specific tracks if they satisfy both state and academy criteria.

Former students seeking to return must undergo a review of their prior academic performance and conduct for approval by the school administration.
1.7 Provisional Status
If the school denies an application, we will provide a reasons letter. You have two weeks to file an appeal. The Director manages the final determination.
Missing documents result in a thirty-day probationary period. Failure to provide records will result in termination from the school.
